Course FAQ

  • No! If you don’t have access to dilators, aren’t sure if you feel ready for one yet, or are figuring out if dilators feel aligned for you, you can do this work without them (i.e. you can use your hands).

  • The intention of this course, and all Yoga for Vaginismus content, is to support people with pelvic floor dysfunction with generalized content that can support their recovery alongside the specialized work they may be doing with a medical provider. Please work with a trusted medical provider when making decisions for your pelvic health.
